The Numbers
One of the things my Mom loved to do with my old blog was to look at the numbers! She loved the site meter because she could see how many visits the site was receiving and where the readers were from.
So, on behalf of my Mom and anyone else who’s interested: the total number of hits is 469 and the total number of new visitors in the last month is 220. And 1,719 total pages have been viewed.
I can also track what “keywords” people are using in search engines to find this site. The most popular word search is, Living Limbless. A total of 49 different combinations of those words have led people here.
The part that always fascinates me is how many people from foreign countries visit and read my work. I’ve had 19 visits from the United Kingdom, 11 visits from China, 9 from Canada, 5 from Norway and 3 from Germany!
From experience, I feel sure these numbers will keep rising. Thank you to everyone who is visiting, and to the 33 subscribers, thank you for joining! Don’t be shy to leave comments. I love hearing from you!

Allison, I love reading your Living Limbless posts. You are so amazing!! Everyday I look at the headlines and all you see is depressing news, then I read your posts and I have a positive view on the world!! Keep up the GREAT work!!
